Is shopping secure on your site? Yes. You can checkout with your PayPal account or have your credit card processed by PayPal. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. You are also protected by PayPal Buyer Protection.
Can I have custom colors and/or options built for my case? Can I also have my initials embossed onto the case? Yes, please email us at [email protected] and we can quote a price for your order. Please note that custom orders do take longer to ship.
When will my order ship? After secure payment via PayPal, orders are normally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from Hong Kong. Depending on product availability, some orders may take a few extra days. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number and an approximate ship date. You will then receive another confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How long does delivery take once my order is shipped? Orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post and normally takes 1-2 business days within Hong Kong. Some countries can take up to 5-7 business days. Your order confirmation will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.
How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat rate shipment of HK$45. Each additional item is only HK$25. We ship throughout Asia and beyond.
Does your product have a warranty? Yes. All cases come with a manufacturer's 90-day warranty. Cases are handmade and built in-house which allows for stringent quality control. Each case receives the same care and attention as every other case leaving the shop. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or physical damage. Your item will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.
What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 3 days of your delivery date for any unused products. Please email us within that time period to obtain a return number which must accompany the return shipment. Items must be in their original packaging and returned to us with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost items coming back to us. We are unable to refund any shipping costs and charge a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited to you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
